About The Role

Night Care Team Leader

Marjorie House Residential Home, Lilliput, Poole, BH14 8LT

Up to 15.35 per hour + paid breaks

NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) required.

Part Time/Full Time - 24/36 hours per week to include alternate weekends

Our new purpose-built Art Deco building has stunning views over Poole Harbour & Sandbanks.



You'll be able to support our residents in a safe and caring environment where they can live their lives as if in the comfort of their own home.

What you will be doing:

Plan and manage the delivery of quality care to our residents - working alongside a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants. Ensure your night care team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift. Administration of medication to residents. Liaising with external medical professionals and resident's families. Ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards in line with our Care South policy.

We want someone who can make a positive impact on the lives of our residents - you'll also need to be able to inspire and nurture your team to be at their best every day.



You'll have completed an

NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

and be fully competent in medication administration.
