As a member of the St Ewold's Management Team, you will provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care staff and support the effective, efficient, and compliant running of the Home. We seek compassionate people who are passionate about caring for older adults. Our Night Team Leaders work 24 hours a week and are committed to each resident's wellbeing, supporting complex needs with sensitivity. The role offers a starting salary of 23,963.91 per year plus a 665.66 monthly night shift allowance (25.52 per hour). You will develop and review care plans, act as a key worker, engage residents in activities, work closely with families, and help ensure every resident is treated with dignity. You'll join a supportive team that values you while you assist residents with daily living, personal care, mobility, and mealtimes.
