At CrossReach, we know that a kind voice or a gentle helping hand at 3am can make all the difference. As a Night Care Worker, you'll be part of those quiet but essential moments that help people feel safe, supported and cared for through the night.

During your shift, you'll:

Check in on residents and respond to individual needs overnight Provide personal care with warmth, privacy and respect Offer reassurance to those who may feel anxious or unsettled Record key information and help keep everything running smoothly You'll be working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights, as part of a dedicated and caring team.

About You

You're steady, compassionate and calm under pressure. You take pride in your work and approach every task with thoughtfulness and care. Experience in a similar role is helpful, but not essential we'll provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Ideally, you'll hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare, but if not, you'll need to be willing to achieve this qualification within an agreed timeframe, with our support.

This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
