Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Night Care Workers to provide high-quality support to individuals in their own home. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care and will be willing to travel to areas such as Bury, Whitefield, Prestwich, Manchester. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure their comfort, safety, and overall well-being while promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health or behaviour. Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients receive proper nutrition according to their dietary needs. Support clients with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by adhering to hygiene standards. Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition.

Requirements

Previous experience in care for at least 6 months. Valid driving licence is preferred for transportation of clients as needed. Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach towards client interactions. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
