We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and those requiring additional care, supporting them throughout the night Your responsibilities will include creating and following care plans tailored to each individual's needs while ensuring their safety and comfort.
Duties
Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety.
Administer medication as prescribed if trained to do so and monitor any changes in health status.
Prepare suppers drinks etc to dietary requirements and preferences.
Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship as required
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals in case management to develop effective care plans.

Skills
Previous experience in care, assisted living, or nursing home settings is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to develop and implement personalised care plans based on individual needs.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities for this role.
