Tusker House, Dementia Care Home in Ore, Hastings, invites applicants to apply for our vacancy of Night Carer with a minimum of NVQ 2 or equivalent to join our highly committed friendly team.
You will need to have a willingness to progress and learn, be reliable and caring and embrace our philosophy of enabling those living with Dementia to enjoy a fulfilled life.
We offer good rates of pay from
13.40 hour plus overtime rate,

As a
Night Care Assistant
, you will provide essential support to our residents during the night, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity are maintained. Your responsibilities will include:Supporting residents with personal care and continence care Carrying out regular checks and responding to call bells promptly Promoting a calm, reassuring environment Monitoring residents' well-being and recording any changes Assisting with morning routines
About You:
We are looking for someone who is:
Kind, patient, and reliable Understanding of the needs of people with dementia Able to work independently and as part of a team Experience in care (especially dementia care) is preferred. Minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Willing to undertake medication administration duties Full training will be provided
