Job Description

We are a 31 bed dementia care home, you will be required to provide high quality, person-centred care and support working as part of a team.

To meet the personal care and support needs of people using the service in a way that promotes dignity, privacy, safety and independence.

Uniform will be provided.

A night enhancement of 0.50 per hour will be paid from 8pm to 8am

Every other weekend off is guaranteed, an extra 1ph will be paid for the weekends that you do work, this enhancement is from 8pm Friday to 8am Monday.

Extra 2ph on top of your basic rate of pay will be paid for any extra shifts you cover.

Own car is essential for commute as public transport is not available.
