NVQ/QCF Lefel 2 mewn Gofal Iechyd a Chymdeithasol

(hanfodol ar gyfer y rol hon). Fframwaith Induction Cymru (Llyfr 1). Cofrestru gyda Chyngor Gofal Cymru (rydym yn talu'r ffioedd a'ch cefnogi). Sgiliau cyfathrebu effeithiol, sgiliau TG, a'r gallu i weithio'n annibynnol neu fel rhan o dim. Gwirio DBS Estynedig (rydym yn talu am hyn).

What you'll do:

Deliver high-quality, safe care that empowers residents. Maintain individual care plans to a high standard using IT systems. Complete care duties with positivity, initiative, and a proactive approach. Work flexibly across unsocial hours and weekends.

What we're looking for:

NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care

(essential for this role). All Wales Induction Framework Principles & Values (Book 1). Social Care Wales registration (we cover fees & support you). Effective communication, IT skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Enhanced DBS check (we cover this).
