What you'd be doing in this role
Customer Service-
Interacting with customers, service providers and third parties.
Responding to Alerts
- from our clients' security systems, panic alarms, intruder alarms, access control alerts
Technical Support
- first level technical support for CCTV systems, Alarm Systems, Access Control systems
Conduct System Maintenance
- tests with our clients
Administration
- Carryout clear and concise written communication via email.
Call Handling
-Management and correct handling of inbound and outbound calls, including calls to the emergency services and clients
Case Management System
: raising and working client cases
Monitoring -
our client security systems and carrying out surveillance patrols
Remote Access
Control
- support of network security systems
Responding to incidents -
securing footage, writing incident reports
Footage Request Handling-
providing documentation for our customers
Training -
you'll undertake in-house and external training SIA CCTV Licence, applying standards in accordance with the NSI Gold Standards
Any Other Duties
- required to carry out the role of control room operator
