: Nights CCTV Control Room Operator

Attention, self-motivated Nights CCTV Control Room Operators! We have an exciting opportunity in our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) team and we want to hear from YOU. Our tech keeps people and property safe up and down the country, doing things like helping businesses tackle the scourge of shoplifting and making sure food production lines are getting it right. What you'd be doing in this role

Customer Service-

Interacting with customers, service providers and third parties.

Responding to Alerts

- from our clients' security systems, panic alarms, intruder alarms, access control alerts

Technical Support

- first level technical support for CCTV systems, Alarm Systems, Access Control systems

Conduct System Maintenance

- tests with our clients

Administration

- Carryout clear and concise written communication via email.

Call Handling

-Management and correct handling of inbound and outbound calls, including calls to the emergency services and clients

Case Management System

: raising and working client cases

Monitoring -

our client security systems and carrying out surveillance patrols

Remote Access

Control

- support of network security systems

Responding to incidents -

securing footage, writing incident reports

Footage Request Handling-

providing documentation for our customers

Training -

you'll undertake in-house and external training SIA CCTV Licence, applying standards in accordance with the NSI Gold Standards

Any Other Duties

- required to carry out the role of control room operator
