We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a talented Night Chef to join our esteemed team at the Ham Yard Hotel. As a Night Chef, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of culinary excellence during the night shift. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the unique challenges of working outside normal operating hours.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with our established recipes and standards. Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen workspace. Ensure all food items are stored and handled properly to maintain freshness and prevent contamination. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations during the night shift. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.

What you Need:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant. Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for food. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to varying schedules.
