Your Role

As

Night Chef/Baker

, you'll play a pivotal role in the kitchen operation. We are looking for someone to work independently and prepare us efficiently for the following days kitchen service:

Slow cooking of meats overnight.

Preparing of salads and sandwiches.

Baking of bread and pastries.

Prepping of cold starters, desserts.

Following specs

Labelling and storage of products/ingredients.

Cleaning and organising the food preparation area.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a strong

Chef de Partie or Baker. Needs to be comfortable working late nights/early mornings.

Passion for

fresh, high-quality cuisine

and creative menus

Experience in a busy kitchen environment with multi concept menus.
Organised, efficient, and calm under pressure
