Night Cleaner - Roe Valley Resort

HOURS:

Typical shifts 8.30PM - 12PM (times can be subject to change). Part-Time position, at least 5 days out of 7 - with the option to work all 7 days as short hours.

Spa Operations Manager

Roe Valley Resort

SALARY: 12.21 per hour with a payscale in place increasing to 13.21 per hour after 6 months

About the role:

As a Night Cleaner you will join a dedicated hard-working team working together to ensure the spa area of the Resort is clean and tidy and ready for our guests, including the pool area, steam rooms, sauna, and spa reception. The successful applicant will have a hard-working attitude, enjoy working as part of a team, and have a keen eye for detail. If you think you have what we are looking for please get in touch!

About The Role

:

Main duties will include, but are not limited to:

Operating cleaning machines such as buffering machines, carpet cleaning machines, and steamers. (Full training provided) Cleaning and servicing the Resort as directed by Housekeeping Supervisor and/or Manager Complete tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures plus a variety of other cleaning tasks. Using disinfectants and steam-operated sterilizers. Adhering to all safety and personal protective equipment, practices, and procedures. Working within the guidelines of Health, Safety, Fire, and Hygiene operatives to ensure all staff and guests are safe at all times.


We would love for you to have some similar previous experience, but this is not essential as full training will be provided. We welcome applications from people with general cleaning experience or transferrable skills.

Applicant Criteria:

Must have excellent attention to detail. Work well under pressure and be an excellent team player. Must be able to take their own initiative and work independently. Previous hospitality experience (desirable). Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (desirable).
