Shift: 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Uniform, Full Training & Ongoing Support Provided
We are currently recruiting for a Night Cleaning Working Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious hotel in the heart of the city centre. This is a hands-on supervisory role ideal for someone with cleaning experience and strong leadership skills, who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
:Supervise and work alongside a team of night cleaning operatives Ensure exceptional cleanliness and hygiene across all key areas, including: Restaurant Bar Public spaces Corridors Spa and wellness facilities Conduct quality checks and support team performance Assist with training, guidance, and coordination of tasks Report any issues or maintenance concerns promptly Ensure adherence to health & safety and company procedures

Requirements
:Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in cleaning (hotel or commercial settings preferred Strong attention to detail and leadership qualities Able to lead by example and work effectively under pressure Excellent communication and time-management skills Reliable, organised, and motivated Committed to maintaining the highest cleanliness standards
