Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Concierge to join our team at a Housing Support service for Veterans who have experienced homelessness. The successful candidate will ensure the safety and security of the Scottish Veteran's Residence, Bellrock Close supported housing service by being the first point of call for residents and visitors. The post holder will monitor all matters concerning the support and safety of residents, and the security of the campus. The Concierge will provide personal support for residents in times of difficulty, liaising with duty Residence Support Staff and the On Call Manager as necessary. The post holder will maintain safe, orderly and hygienic conditions the Reception and Administrative Areas Bellrock Close, specifically offices and common rooms, including the lifts and corridors.

Note: The successful candidate will be expected to complete SVQ2 in Health and Social Care, starting the course within the first 6 months of employment.
