Job Title: Night Concierge/security(Liverpool City Centre)

Hours: 4 on 4 off

Shift Times: 20:00-08:00 / 21:00-08:00

We have a vacancy and a great opportunities to work as part of our team at Duke Street Boutique Hotel. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A SIMILAR ROLE AS YOU WILL BE REJECTED

You will be given on site training of our hotel software and walk through of our premises will be given.

You will be diligent and observant, always keeping the main focus of your role in mind; to ensure the hotel is safe and enjoyable for staff and guests alike. Help guests to the best of your abilities while keeping a high standard as the face of the hotel.

You will sometimes be required to check in and check out guests, a positive personality and friendly demeanour is key quality we will be looking for.

The day to day duties include but are not exclusive to:

Checking in late arrivals and dealing with any needs of our guests. Controlling any noise complaints following our own procedures.
Assisting the guests when needed.
Responding to any incidents on site.
Reporting and Logging of incidents using electronic and paper based documents.

Foot patrols of site will be required each shift.

The Applicant should have the following Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to use various I.T. packages.
Excellent Organisational Skills.
Excellent Time Management Skills.
Excellent Customer Service.
Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team.
Experience working within the Security Sector.
To deliver the professional greeting to guests, to the highest standards.
You will work in a professional and safe manner always.
You MUST be able to provide previous Employment History.
You MUST be able to start immediately if successfully pass the interview stage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Liverpool L1 4JX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
