, ensuring smooth night transport operations in thecontainer haulage
industry.What You'll Do:
Schedule and route vehicles to meet customer deadlines. Provide drivers with clear instructions; manage live changes. Asign trucks and containers and prepare vbs's. Optimize loads to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. Be the main contact for drivers, clients, and internal teams. Monitor trips, resolve delays, and keep operations on track. Ensure compliance with transport laws and safety standards. Update our TMS (ideally
TOPS
) and maintain accurate records. Communicate delivery updates to clients and handle inquiries.What You'll Need:
Experience in
container transport planning or traffic operations
. Knowledge ofUK road networks
and transport regulations. Confident usingTMS (TOPS preferred)
and MS Office. Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and a proactive, team-first attitude. Able to workovertime to achieve your targets
