Night Crew Leader - Front Desk & Operations - Moxy Aberdeen Airport

Salary: 31,269 per year



Moxy Aberdeen is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Night Manager to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift, overseeing front desk operations, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You'll also be responsible for some Food & Beverage duties, managing a small team, and running the night audit process while capturing revenue at every opportunity.



Main Tasks & Responsibilities:


Running the night audit and balancing the day's business.

Prepare the hotel for the following day, ensuring smooth operations.

Managing the night-to-night operation of the hotel, providing leadership and guidance to your team.

Customer service and guest relations, creating positive guest experiences.

Building a team that delivers excellent service in the Moxy way.

Managing Food & Beverage outlets and ensuring quality service.

Manage hotel room inventory, checking guests in/out the Moxy way.

Follow all food safety, licensing, and health & safety policies to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.

Overseeing the night audit process, ensuring accurate revenue capture.


Must-Haves:


At least 1 years of supervisory experience within a hotel environment.

Opera experience (or high-level experience with another property management system).

Proven experience managing people and creating a cohesive, service-driven team.

Excellent customer service skills and ability to foster positive guest relations.

Ability to manage front desk operations and some Food & Beverage responsibilities.

Knowledge of POS systems like Micros and Food Safety & Licensing laws.

Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (other languages are a plus!).




Shift Details:


4/7 shift pattern, with 10.5-hour shifts.

Flexibility required to work 5/7 days (8-hour shifts) when covering holidays and sickness.

Shift start times range between 22:00 and 09:30.
