Night Hotel Porter (2 nights) and Kitchen Porter (3 days) - Live In avaialble
This is a full time role which combines the duties of both roles - see split below

INTERVIEWS ARE TAKING PLACE NEXT WEEK FROM WED 14TH TO SUN 18TH JANUARY.
The role will be line managed by the Head Chef
Kitchen Tasks (3 day shifts of 9 hours shifts per week)
Plates and cutlery cleaning
Kitchen appliance cleaning
General area cleaning
Some food preparation
Further tasks asked for by the chef on duty
Night Porter Tasks (2 nights of 9 hours shifts per week)
Checking in and out of hotel guests
Guest communication
Nighttime procedures including emergency if in the event of - investigation of alarms
General cleaning - includes hoovering
Golf buggy charging, cleaning and prepping for the next day
Cutlery polishing
Key Skills Needed:
Good and clear communication / Interpersonal skills. Combined with good customer service skills. to enable the postholder to communicate in professional manner with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work without supervision (for Night Porter)
Interest in kitchen work
There is a requirement to be able to use various Computer based administrative programs.
Training in our specific programmes will be given
