Who we are:

Crystal Hotels is a chain of 4 hotels located in central London, details of which can be found by going to www.crystalhotels.co.uk.

What's your every day work going to be?

You will be the first point of contact for guests, whether that be by telephone or face-to-face. So you'll need good communication skills, be of smart appearance and have an enthusiasm for providing great customer service.

Telephone and e-mails enquiries will need to be responded to promptly and turned into bookings.

It will be your job to ensure guests are efficiently checked in and out with minimum delay.

You'll handle guest queries and demands, always with a smile, and be knowledgeable about London - its tourist hotspots, public transport and the local area.

You'll need to liaise with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure they know when guests have checked out or if something needs fixing.

What sort of hours will you work?

A full-time position means working 40 hours a week on a five day basis, working 8 hours per shift.

What skills do you need?

Ideally, you will have already worked in a hotel receptionist position. We use the Opera front of house reservations system, so if you have any experience with this system, that would be fantastic but it's not essential as training will be given.

Above all else, we're looking for someone with a positive and enthusiastic work ethic who is passionate about ensuring our guests have a fabulous stay with us.
