Job Description

SFM are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team. As a Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining and deep cleaning the cleanliness of the kitchen during the night shift working in a team. You will work fixed shifts starting at midnight and finishing at 6am in the morning. 24 hours per week with overtime should you wish. You will be required to work 2 out of 3 night on a weekend Friday and Sunday night plus set 2 shifts during the week.

Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
-Follow the specification of cleaning by SFM.
- Follow all safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices
- Ability to work well as part of a team

Skills:
- Hospitality mindset
- Willingness to help wherever needed
- Familiarity with kitchen operations
- Understanding of restaurant or culinary industry
