As a Night Maintenance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our facilities, ensuring that everything is in perfect working order for our guests. You will be a key player in our team, responsible for diagnosing and repairing faults, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of our plant equipment.

Responsibilities:

Identify and diagnose faults, carrying out repairs, adjustments, and maintenance work as needed. Perform required routine servicing, repairs, or adjustments to ensure optimal functioning of equipment. Monitor the plant operations and accurately record data using provided documentation. Ensure all working areas are kept clean and tidy, and all refuse and waste materials are removed appropriately. Operate a cherry picker and other equipment as required.

What you Need:

Strong operational knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS). Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all departments and Head Office. Ability to operate maintenance equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborative mind-set with a commitment to maintaining a positive work environment.
