About the role, what will I be doing?



To be fully conversant with all Duty Management procedures, ensuring the efficient operation of the hotel is continued during night operations.

Whilst acting as Duty Manager, to take responsibility for the Duty Management keys and contents of the Duty Management Safe.

To use effectively the Duty Manager's Book, to portray any operational problems, detailing any incident as it occurred and any action taken.

To deal with all guest queries and problems consistently and efficiently.

To maintain an effective security function in the hotel, ensuring the entire building is patrolled twice nightly.

To ensure all computer data is 'saved' each night, assuring safe storage of computer discs at all times.

To undertake any other duties as requested by the Resident Manager/ Front Office Manager.
