Job Description

Manager On Duty

Duties:

- Provide excellent guest relations and customer service
- Manage and supervise front desk operations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure smooth operation of phone systems and maintain phone etiquette
- Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Monitor and address any issues or emergencies that arise during the shift
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
