Job Description

We are seeking a

skilled and experienced Multi Trade Operative

to work on various projects within our Rail Sector, based out of Rainham.

The successful candidate will be experienced in a range of trades including concrete work, paving, roofing, door replacement, carpentry, plumbing, and general building maintenance. You will carry out repairs, refurbishments, and installations across commercial properties.

What we offer:

Up to 20.00 per hour dependent on experience (paid weekly) Sunday - Thursday (Nights 10pm - 6am) however you will be required to workday shifts when projects demand. Enhanced overtime rates 21 days holiday + bank holidays Pension / Death in Service Development and training opportunities

Responsibilities:

Carry out concrete works including laying foundations, paths, and slabs. Install and repair paving, including block paving and flagstones. Replace and fit internal and external doors Perform roofing repairs and installations (flat and pitched roofs). Undertake general carpentry tasks. Carry out plastering, tiling and painting. Diagnose and resolve building faults and defects. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements and safe system of work under the health and safety regulations. Liaising with wide range internal staff and providing good customer service to the general public.

Experience and qualifications for the role:

Experience in Multi Trades work (specialism in carpentry, bricklaying or plastering) Full UK driving licence
