Nights (rota basis)Mill Lodge Care Home is seeking a
Registered Nurse
to join our friendly night team. You'll lead and support care staff, deliver high-quality person-centred care, and ensure residents feel safe, respected, and valued.What You'll Do:
Deliver hands-on nursing care & manage medication safely Lead the night care team, ensuring smooth running of shifts Develop & update care plans in partnership with residents and families Respond to emergencies confidently and effectively Maintain accurate care records (Word, PDF & electronic systems)
What We're Looking For:
NMC Registered Nurse (valid PIN) Strong IT and documentation skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Compassionate, proactive, and committed to quality care Experience in a care home setting desirable but not essential
