We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities. Support doctors and other healthcare professionals in clinical procedures and treatments. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with legal and organisational standards. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care instructions. Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Assist in organising patient schedules and coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary teams. Respond promptly to patient needs, providing reassurance and emotional support as required.

Experience

Proven experience working as a Nurse within a healthcare setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is essential to deliver effective patient care. Previous experience with patient care procedures, including medication administration and vital sign monitoring, is highly desirable. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
