We are seeking an experienced and compassionate
Registered Nurse
to join our nursing home team for full-time night shifts. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing throughout the night.This role is ideal for a nurse with solid clinical skills and experience in a care home setting, especially those with end-of-life care expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe and person-centred care in line with NMC standards. Administer medication and maintain accurate care records. Assess, plan, and evaluate individualised care plans. Provide leadership and support to care staff during night shifts. Respond promptly to residents' clinical and emotional needs.
Requirements
Qualified
Registered Nurse
with validNMC registration
. Minimum2 years of nursing home experience
. Experience withend-of-life care
preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and clinical assessment skills.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 17.50 per hour
