Linthwaite House, part of the luxury Leeu Collection, is looking for a Night Duty Manager to join our exceptional team. This is a 4-on, 4-off rotating shift pattern with another Night Porter to ensure the smooth running of our stunning hotel overnight. 32hours or 40 hours

Night Duty Manager Responsibilities:

Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests, assisting with late check-ins and early departures Maintain the security of the hotel throughout the night, conducting regular checks and ensuring guest safety Assist in the setup of breakfast areas and other early morning preparations Complete end-of-day reports and update internal hotel systems Process guest requests, reservations, and administrative tasks using hotel software Monitor and respond to emails, ensuring smooth communication between the night and day teams Handle any guest enquiries or issues efficiently and with a problem-solving approach Ensure an accurate handover with the day team at the start and end of each shift Handle any guest requests, enquiries, or issues efficiently and with a problem-solving approach Perform light cleaning duties in public areas to maintain the hotel's high standards Support the bar or reception as needed during quiet periods Ensure accurate handover with the day team at the start and end of each shift

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar night role within hospitality is preferred A proactive and responsible attitude with the ability to work independently Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask A flexible approach to working patterns, including weekends and holidays Basic IT skills to handle check-ins, check-outs, and administrative tasks
