Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel by providing exceptional guest services and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Duties
Maintain cleanliness, security and organisation in public areas, including the lobby, hallways, and entrances. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. Using Operating systems and online booking engines for directing and checking in guests
Experience
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills, with a focus on guest services and customer satisfaction. Basic computing skills, training is provided on specific booking systems.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
