22:45 - 07:15We are seeking a self-motivated and dependable night shift team member to join our close-knit team in the heart of the New Forest.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in presentation, can work alone without supervision, and understands the importance of safety, trust, and cleanliness in a hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
Maintaining high levels of
cleanliness and presentation
throughout the hotel and public areasBar service
for residents and assisting withbar close-down procedures
Setting up events
including conferences, weddings, and afternoon teasConducting fire and safety checks
and managing any emergency situations confidently, including evacuation if needed Completing overnightsecurity walks
inside and outside the property Supportingkitchen porter duties
and assisting withbreakfast setup
Keeping all guest-facing areas clean, safe, and ready for the next day###
