We are seeking a dedicated, friendly, and reliable

Night Porter

to join our night team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay. This position involves a blend of guest service, housekeeping, and administrative duties that support the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive and lasting first impression. Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation upon arrival and departure. Maintain cleanliness and presentation in all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms. Support front desk operations by answering calls, managing multi-line phone systems, and providing accurate information about hotel services and local amenities. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all facilities remain in excellent condition. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to enhance guest satisfaction. Carry out night audit and reporting duties as required, ensuring accuracy in all nightly records. Conduct regular security checks throughout the property and report any issues or incidents. Assist in managing guest services to ensure a seamless and enjoyable overnight experience.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or a hotel environment is

essential

. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit procedures is advantageous. Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line systems efficiently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues. A proactive, problem-solving approach and high attention to detail, particularly regarding cleanliness and safety standards. Experience in a resort or leisure setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
