OVERVIEW -

Are you a night owl with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service? Coldra Court Hotel, part of the prestigious Celtic Collection, is looking for a Night Porter to join our dedicated team and help us provide a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests throughout the night.

OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -

A friendly, approachable personality with a passion for hospitality. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently during night shifts. Strong communication skills and a willingness to go the extra mile for guests. Good knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.

IMPLEMENTING OUR 'YES, WE CAN' PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -

Delivering a warm and professional welcome to all guests arriving or departing during the night. Assisting with guest requests, including room service, luggage handling, and general enquiries. Conducting regular floor walks, fire safety checks, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public areas. Supporting the Night Manager with operational duties and ensuring the hotel remains secure and guest-focused overnight. Completing the night porter checklist and ensuring meeting spaces and storerooms are tidy and well-maintained.
