We have an exciting new vacancy for a night porter to join our team at The Britannia Hotel Edinburgh. This 223-room hotel is ideally located in the West End. Our hotel is within easy reach of the city's major attractions and just a short walk from Haymarket train station.

Your duties will include:

Welcoming any late arrivals and checking guests in and out. Running the night audit using our internal system (Opera Cloud) Answering the telephone and addressing any enquiries. Looking after any guest requests Conducting regular security walks, floor checks, and light cleaning duties. Following all night shift procedures and any other duties as and when required. Completing the nights cleaning checklist ensuring public areas are kept clean Setting and clearing event rooms as and when required

The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience; a working knowledge of opera booking systems would be an advantage however this is not essential as full training will be given.
