Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with their luggage. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the lobby, entrance, and surrounding areas. Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options. Ensure that all public areas are well-maintained and presentable at all times. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate guest requests and ensure a seamless experience. Handle phone calls professionally, providing information and assistance as needed. Support the housekeeping team by delivering items to guest rooms as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred, particularly within a hotel environment. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for effective communication with diverse guests. Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage positively with guests and colleagues alike. A friendly disposition with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed in the hospitality sector.
