Job Description

Crossbasket Castle is a Luxury 5 Star Hotel and Event Venue on the outskirts of Glasgow. We are looking to recruit experienced night porters, you will play a key role engaging with guests and providing outstanding service.

As a Night Porter you will be required to:

Be responsible for hotel security and guest welfare during the night Conduct regular floor walks and security checks, ensuring fire exits are kept clear and any defaults are reported to Management Follow correct procedures in the event of an emergency Answer telephones Deal with any guest queries or complaints in a professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Check in any late arrivals and check out any early departures to company standard Assisting in clear down of any evening functions, ensuring guests leave promptly and safely Set up of any events for the following day Set up for breakfast Serve in the bar and restock fridges Clean public areas including restaurant and function suite to a high standard
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.50 per hour
