We are delighted to be recruiting for a full time experienced

Night Porter

to join our great team of professional and dedicated individuals. Working a 4 on 4 off rolling rota.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years' previous experience in a similar role, although full training will be provided, and have a positive and friendly personality to be able to provide our guests with the high levels of service that are expected. Valid First Aid certificate advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.

The main responsibilities/requirements for the role will be (but not limited to):

To ensure all our guests consistently receive the highest levels of customer service, dealing with any queries promptly and efficiently

Maintain security and safety during night-time hours, working within all Health and Safety standards

Provide beverage service to our guests, maximising sales opportunities and assisting with the cleaning and closing of the bar at the end of the night

Ensuring the Inn is ready for the following day: setting up for the following day's events, thorough cleaning of all public areas and in the garden and any other duties as agreed with the General and Assistant Manager

To be self-motivated and be able to work as part of a team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
