The successful candidates will be reporting to the General Manager of the Hotel. The role involves working over several departments in the Hotel.
Hours
Flexible hours during the Hotel's operational times from the hours of 11.00pm to 7.00am or as otherwise informed.
Skills
Impeccable service standards and customer care skills.
A good understanding of Food and Beverage provision and service standards
Ability to carry out any task when given appropriate training.
Ability to work alone.
Core Work Activities
Set up restaurant.
Cleaning of public areas in preparation for the forthcoming shifts.
Clear down and closure of service areas.
Telephone answering and enquiries.
Maintain the hotel safety and security procedures - Carry out security checks throughout the night
