Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their needs throughout their stay. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms. Assist with luggage handling for guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure high standards of service delivery. Monitor the condition of facilities and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department. Uphold safety and security protocols within the premises at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable. Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently when required. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and guest satisfaction. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
