Role & Responsibilities:
To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us - we aim to provide an unforgettable experience To ensure all complaints are minimized and handled professionally as in accordance with hotel policy To follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual - Answering telephones, check in and checkout of hotel guests Dealing with guest queries Cleaning of public areas Set up or clear down from events and conferences To ensure the safety and security of the building and guests throughout the night Luggage assistance Serving Food and Drink to the highest standard to our guests when required. Support Food and Beverage department in aspects of their roles Support the Reception by preparing aspects of departure during the night. To maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments from guests in accordance with company Policy, and the accurate accounting and processing of all reception sales. To ensure good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel. To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid. All other duties as requiredINDFOH
