Sunday and Monday nights
, with additional shifts available to cover holidays and sickness.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist late-arriving guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including carrying luggage and showing guests to their rooms.
Carry out laundry duties.
Prepare and clear conference/function rooms, including cleaning and setup.
Clean and maintain public areas, toilets, and surrounding hotel areas to a high standard.
Complete nightly paperwork, including health and safety checks and checklists.
Implement emergency procedures in the event of fire or evacuation.
Promote hotel services in a professional and courteous manner.
Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property through regular security checks.
Administer basic first aid and liaise with emergency services when required.
Work effectively as part of a team and attend any relevant training sessions provided.
