Night Porter

to join our overnight team and help ensure the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our guests during the night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming late-arriving guests and assisting with check-in/out procedures Ensuring the safety and security of the building and guests overnight Carrying out regular patrols of the hotel premises Assisting guests with luggage, room service, and any overnight requests Performing light cleaning and setting up breakfast areas if required Responding promptly to guest inquiries and emergencies Supporting the reception team with handover tasks

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar role or in hospitality (preferred but not essential) Friendly, calm, and professional manner Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail Ability to work independently and stay alert during night shifts Good communication and customer service skills

Hours

11pm to 7am, 4 nights per week. Must be flexible and available to work weekends.
