Summary

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at Prince's Golf Club. This role is crucial in delivering outstanding guest services and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors at our prestigious location. The position is based at our stunning club in Sandwich, Kent.
Night Porter (Thu-Sat) - 24 hours per week

What you'll do

Welcome late arrivals and assist with check-ins/outs Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly Perform regular security walks, lock-up checks, and incident logs Monitor alarms, fire safety procedures, and H&S standards Set up/refresh lounge and meeting spaces for the next day Light housekeeping and public-area tidying Liaise with the morning team for a smooth handover
About you

Customer-service or hospitality experience (night/audit experience a plus) Confident, reliable, and composed under pressure Excellent communication and attention to detail Flexible to work night hours
