Job Description

We're looking for a dependable and motivated Night Porter to join our team at our busy events venue in Southport. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in ensuring the venue is spotless, organised, and ready for the day's events.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and maintaining all public areas, event spaces, and back-of-house facilities Setting up and preparing function rooms for weddings, conferences, and private events Handling and maintaining venue crockery, glassware, and equipment Managing linen - including sorting, restocking, and preparing for upcoming functions Carrying out general venue checks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and security overnight
About You:

Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently during night shifts Strong attention to detail and a sense of pride in presentation standards Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently Previous experience in hospitality, events, or cleaning roles is an advantage (but not essential - full training provided)
