The management of the Oxwich Bay Hotel and associated areas through the night and to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and team. The business needs to be ready to open at 7.30am every day with 'The Oxwich Bay' standard in place and compliant.

Role Responsibilities:
To ensure that customer service is at the heart of everything that you do.
To co-ordinate the entire night operation around the guests needs.
To ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Answer any Telephone calls and resolve enquires.
To ensure that Security and Fire thorough walks of the property are conducted every 3 hours and any issues or disturbances are logged and dealt with in a professional manner.
Ensure thorough business handovers take place and are documented using specified form.
Deal with any complaints that arise in a polite and professional manner always finding an appropriate resolution and pass details to the General Manager.
Check all relevant areas are closed down to a 5 EHO standard. To ensure all areas of the business are securely locked at the appropriate time.
To ensure all areas of the business are opened at the appropriate time.
To set up breakfast buffet and tables as the standard identified.
Wash, dry and fold all laundry and place on the correct shelf.
Sweep and mop following areas: kitchen, kitchen corridor prep room, pot wash, hotel corridor, glass-wash area, bar and front of bar.
