Asador 44 is a modern wood fire cooking restaurant in the heart of Cardiff, leading the way in hospitality it provides refined unpretentious service, quality ingredients cooked over open fire and most importantly a dedication to the team. Parador 44 is a 9 bedroom boutique hotel that sits above Asador 44, it had a guest lounge and bar that leads onto a rooftop terrace.

Our aim is simple - to take open fire cooking to the next level, provide our guests with the best dining and hotel experience and invest in our team.

Pardor 44 and Asador 44is part of the 44 group which include Bar 44 Cardiff, Bar44 Penarth and Bar 44 Bristol. The group is going through a rapid expansion over the next few years so we're intent on training and developing our team.

The Job role

We're looking for an experienced and night manager to join our team who can display the following skills and qualities:

Key responsibilities of the Night Porter will include:

To ensure the smooth running of the hotel at night To support the day team in communicating vital guest information Assisting with restaurant close and breakfast set up Helping customers check in and out Ensure the guest lounge is stocked and clean at all times Helping with food preparation Assisting with kitchen deep cleans

The ideal candidate for the Night Porter position should have:

Good knowledge of Cardiff and key attractions

Previous experience in a customer facing role Excellent communication skills Previous experience as a commis/prep chef A warm smile and a positive attitude A hands on approach and not afraid of a deep clean

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
