Job Description

We are looking for a Night Porter to work along side our current team.

In this role you will be responsible for the security and safety of the property and its guests including all buildings and accommodation and grounds. You will be required to complete walkarounds, various checks of the buildings and perform a range cleaning duties.

You will be required to clean the main building once it has closed, including toilets and The Venue when it has been in use.

As a duty manager you will be the first point of contact during the night for guest enquiries and issues. You will be required to complete a First Aid at Work training course.

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 18 hours a week on a rolling rota which will include weekends. Hours of work will be 11pm - 8am. Additional hours are available throughout the year for covering holiday/sickness shifts with the job share night porter / duty manager.

Whitemeads working week is from Saturday-Saturday, which may mean you work 3 days in a row.

As Whitemead Forest Park is open all year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
