Summary

We are seeking a Porter to join our team at Best Western Ebbw Vale. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Your contributions will help us achieve our mission of providing an exceptional stay.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage. Provide information about hotel services and local attractions. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and common areas. Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner. Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed. Support other hotel staff in delivering outstanding guest services.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus. Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.
