Our Supported Accommodation service for young people is looking for a Night Project Worker to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team. This role will be worked on a 'three on, three off' rolling shift rota with shifts worked from 8pm to 8am.

We are looking for someone who is empathetic and wants to build good, positive working relationships with the young people we support. We need someone who is resilient and emotionally mature and will be pro-active and imaginative in how they engage with the young people, and how they will provide support.


Please note that this role requires a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle which can be insured for business use. Due to the nature of this service, the successful candidate must be age 21 or over.
