About Melia White House Hotel NW1 3UP

Melia White House is a modern and elegantly newly refurbished hotel exceptionally located next to Regent's Park, within a short walk from the world-renowned shopping streets of Oxford Circus & Regents Street. Warren Street, Great Portland Street and Regent's Park underground stations are all within a 5-minute walk.

Salary package: 29,280 plus service charge

Night Receptionist

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


Observe all security, health and safety regulations.

Ensure that all guests are welcomed and checked-in into the hotel in a warm, genuine & professional manner & when possible, addressed by their name. To be fully conversant with check-out procedures in an informative & helpful manner.

Beware of the current hotel availability and propose up-sell and cross-sell whenever it is possible, to maximise room occupancy and hotel revenue.

Adhere to all hotel credit policies, taking care with payments and seeking support from the departmental leaders when necessary.

File all new arrival registration cards after updating all the relevant information

File all dockets from Restaurant/Bar/Room Service.

Close all City Ledgers and third party payments for the next day departures.

To deal with all guest complaints and if necessary seek assistance of a more senior team member.



What we are looking for?


OPERA knowledge

Fluency in English and additional Spanish would be beneficial Prior experience in a similar role

The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
