Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality? Hotel Football is looking for a warm, professional and reliable Night Receptionist to join our dynamic Front of House team. If you thrive on delivering exceptional service and love working as part of a close-knit team, we want to hear from you.


As a Night Receptionist, you'll be the face of Hotel Football during the night, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests. You'll be responsible for all aspects of reception, administration, and guest relations during the overnight shift (11pm-7am), maintaining our high standards of service around the clock.

Key Responsibilities:

Check-in and check-out guests professionally and efficiently, in line with company standards Ensure accurate billing and secure payment processes Complete all nightly administrative duties including banking, billing, floats and correspondence Meet individual and team targets set by the Front of House Manager Manage room key issuance and maintain security protocols Actively promote Hotel Football and Cafe Football services to guests Respond to guest queries or issues with a proactive, solution-focused mindset Work collaboratively with the Night Manager and wider hotel team to ensure a smooth overnight operation

What We're Looking For

A friendly and professional communicator who thrives in a guest-facing role Someone who can speak and listen clearly, confidently and respectfully with guests and colleagues A reliable team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail Previous hotel reception or customer service experience is desirable, but full training will be provided Comfortable working night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required A positive attitude and alignment with our core values and inclusive culture
